Common faults and their treatment:

- 4. If the display does not warm up, the display operation lamps are reversed, that is, the water flow has not passed through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is incorrect, make sure that the water inlet and outlet are installed properly, but if the water pressure is sufficient, there is a water flow is not warming up, then check the water heater inlet turbine, there may be dirt clogging the turbine, causing the water heater not to start.
- 5. Water heater outlet pipe length is recommended not to exceed 3 metres. If exceeded, may be due to the water pipe long water pressure difference, water pressure is not enough to start. (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10 metres, so that the water pressure reaches the value of the start).
- 6. The display shows E1 excess temperature, E3/E4 or temperature sensor failure, the first power off, with cold water over the machine, and then powered to use, attention to the usual use of water flow is not too small!
- 7. heating tube failure display E2, need to replace the heating tube.
